How to select a Service Price Plan:

Number of Calls
Number of Calls You Will Make
Consider how many calls you will make per day or week. Emergency and Convenience users may only make 2-3 calls per week, while people who rely on Globalstar for primary communications can easily make 10-20 calls a day.
How long for each call
How Long You Will Talk, E-mail or Connect Online
Estimate how long each call might run. Do your conversations or e-mail and internet sessions run a quick 2-3 minutes or are they more extensive, running 10, 20, 30 minutes at a time?
Average call time
Get an Average
Multiply out your average number of calls by the average duration of each call, and pick a price plan that's very near the total.
Consider your personallity
Consider Your Personality
If you think your usage will be between two plans, or will vary greatly from month to month, consider your own personality. Do you like predicable bills? Plenty of time to communicate freely? Pick a plan that gives you a large number of included minutes. Or do you like to manage every minute of your time? If you want low access in some months, and don't mind paying for additional minutes in busier months, you can go with fewer included minutes.
Consider your business and life
Consider Your Business and Life
Once you calculate the value of the time, money, property and even lives that could be saved by staying in touch, you may want to rethink how your business or personal work in their entirety.

Emergency/Convenience Example
You plan on using your phone for convenience and emergencies. You expect to make only one call a day on average, and expect your calls to be 4 minutes per call on average, which comes to about 30 4-minute calls per month. That works out to 120 minutes a month. You should consider the Skyline 120 plan.

Business/Power User Example
You use your phone for constant communication via voice, e-mail and Internet access. You expect to make about 10 calls a day on average, and expect your calls to be 9 minutes in length on average, which comes to about 90 minutes per day, or 2700 minutes per month. You should consider the Powerline 3000 plan.

Rest assured that although Globalstar Service Price Plans are set on an annual basis, you can change your Service Price Plan up or down if necessary. Changing up can be done at any time ithout penalty.
